Queue-it expands market presence with acquisition of TrafficDefender brand

Queue-it solidifies its position as the market-leading virtual waiting room solution with the aquisition of the TrafficDefender brand and its customers.

Queue-it, the market-leading virtual waiting room provider, today announces an agreement with Netacea, the bot detection and mitigation specialist. Under the agreement, Queue-it will expand its market presence by taking over TrafficDefender, Netacea’s virtual waiting room brand. Existing TrafficDefender customers will be transferred to Queue-it’s solution and the TrafficDefender brand will be discontinued.

TrafficDefender, launched in 2015, complements Netacea’s bot mitigation software by offering protection against web traffic overload. But with the rising volume and sophistication of bots, Netacea has decided to dedicate more attention and resources to their bot detection and mitigation services by relinquishing the TrafficDefender brand. 

As the trusted, market-leading virtual waiting room solution, Queue-it was selected to take ownership of TrafficDefender and serve its customers.
